Pressure testing and quality assurance
Every assembly we supply can be verified before dispatch, so nothing goes to site untested:
- Proof / hydrostatic pressure testing to confirm the assembly holds its rated pressure without leaks or weeping.
- Cleanliness flushing to remove crimping debris and contamination — critical for protecting pumps, valves and servo components.
- Leak and end-fitting checks and correct crimp-diameter verification.
- Tagging and traceability so each hose can be identified and reordered quickly next time.
