A2FE Series 6x

Bosch Rexroth A2FE Series 6x axial piston fixed motor, supplied by Twin Hydraulics Engineering across Malaysia. High-pressure fixed motor for integration in mechanical gearboxes. Displacement size 28 … 355; nominal pressure 400 bar, maximum pressure 450 bar; open and closed circuit. Browse part numbers in this series or request a quote.

The A2FE is the plug-in version of the A2FM fixed motor: a bent-axis unit that mounts directly into a gearbox, eliminating an external coupling and reducing the size of the drive package. Displacements are 28 to 355 cm³ with nominal pressure 400 bar and maximum 450 bar. Typical uses are track drives, winches, slewing gears and conveyor drives on excavators, cranes, forestry equipment and marine deck machinery.

As a fixed-displacement motor the A2FE is simple and robust; speed is set by pump flow, and the motor can be used in open or closed circuits. Options include speed sensing, flushing valves and different shaft splines to suit the gearbox.

What we need to quote: displacement (A2FE28…355), rotation, shaft spline, mounting flange, port arrangement and the full type code if available. Send the full type code from the nameplate if you have it — that avoids guesswork and gets you a firm price and lead time faster.

Twin Hydraulics Engineering is a Bosch Rexroth Certified Excellence Distributor for Malaysia, with branches in Shah Alam (Selangor) and Butterworth (Penang). Our workshop also repairs and overhauls A2FE, A2FM and other axial piston motors from Bosch Rexroth, Parker, Kawasaki, Linde, Danfoss and other makes, with strip-and-inspect reports and test-bench verification before return.
