The A4VSO is the industrial workhorse of the Rexroth axial piston range, built for continuous duty in hydraulic power units, presses, injection moulding machines, steel mill and marine hydraulics, and test benches. Sizes run from 40 to 1000 cm³, making it one of the few series that covers small industrial power units and very large flow requirements alike. Its long service life comes from a robust rotary group, hydrostatic bearings on larger sizes and low noise levels that suit factory installations.
Control options are the widest of any Rexroth industrial pump: pressure control (DR, DRG), flow control (FR), power control (LR2, LR3), combined controls (DFR, DFR1, DFE), and the electronic HS4 and DFE1 systems with integrated electronics for closed-loop p/Q control. Through-drive versions allow stacked pumps for multi-circuit machines.
