A10VO Series 52 and 53 pumps are compact, cost-effective variable pumps for open-circuit mobile and industrial applications — aerial platforms, forklifts and material handling, agricultural machinery, small presses and power units. Displacements run from 10 to 100 cm³ with nominal pressure 280 bar and peak 350 bar (size 10 is rated lower). Controls include DR pressure, DFR/DFR1 pressure and flow (load-sensing), DFLR with power limiter, ED and ER electrohydraulic control and DG two-point control. SAE and ISO mounting flanges and through-drives are available across the range.
Because Series 5x is used by many OEMs, we regularly supply direct replacements against the original machine part number as well as new-build specifications. If the nameplate is unreadable, photos of the pump, port arrangement and controller usually let us identify the correct type code.
What we need to quote: displacement (A10VO18, 28, 45, 60, 85, 100…), control code, rotation, shaft, flange (SAE A/B, ISO), port type and seal material. Send the full type code from the nameplate if you have it — that avoids guesswork and gets you a firm price and lead time faster.
