The A7VO Series 63 is a bent-axis variable pump, which gives it a very high power density and excellent efficiency at high speed. It is used on mobile machines such as concrete pumps, mobile cranes, mining and drilling equipment, and as a mid-size industrial pump where a compact high-pressure unit is preferred. Sizes 28 to 500 cm³ cover a wide flow range at 350 bar nominal and 400 bar maximum.
Available controls include pressure control (DR), power control with hyperbolic characteristic (LR), load-sensing (LS), hydraulic and electrical positive control (HD, EP) and combinations of these. Bent-axis pumps are frequently supplied as replacements for equipment where the original was a Rexroth or Hydromatik A7V.
