Hydraulic filtration for every point in the circuit
Contamination is the leading cause of hydraulic pump and valve failure, so filtration is not one product but a set of protection points. Tank-mounted return filters and spin-on cartridges catch wear particles before oil re-enters the reservoir. Inline pressure filters and duplex inline filters sit after the pump to protect sensitive proportional and servo valves, with duplex housings allowing element changes without shutting the system down. Block-mounted filters bolt directly onto manifolds for compact power units. Behind all of them is the replacement filter element range in glass-fibre, stainless mesh and paper media, at micron ratings from 3 to 25 µm.
What we need to quote
For a replacement element, the part number printed on the old element or housing label is enough; we cross-reference HYDAC, Hengst, Parker, Filtrec and other brands to a stocked equivalent. For a new housing, tell us the flow rate, working pressure, port size, required cleanliness class (ISO 4406) and whether you need a bypass valve or clogging indicator.
