The Bosch Rexroth A10VG is a medium-pressure axial piston variable pump for closed-circuit hydrostatic drives — the pump end of a travel or drum drive, where oil returns straight to the pump rather than to tank. Series 10 covers sizes 18 to 63, at 300 bar nominal and 350 bar maximum. Twin Hydraulics Engineering supplies A10VG pumps across Malaysia.
Closed-circuit duty is what sets the A10VG apart from its open-circuit cousins: it is built with an integrated boost (charge) pump, high-pressure relief and flushing valves, and a swashplate that swings either side of zero so the machine can be driven forwards and in reverse from a single pump. Control options include hydraulic, electric proportional, and automotive controls, with through-drive available for mounting a second pump.
You will find A10VG pumps on compact wheel loaders, road-building and municipal machines, agricultural drives, drilling rigs and winches — anywhere a diesel engine drives wheels or a drum hydrostatically.
What we need to quote: the full type code and material number (MNR) from the nameplate, plus quantity. If the unit is being replaced, a photo of the nameplate and of the shaft and port faces saves a lot of back-and-forth.
