The A4VG Series 32 is a high-pressure variable pump for closed-circuit hydrostatic drives: it supplies the travel or winch motor directly, with an integrated boost pump, pressure-relief and boost-pressure valves and optional pressure cut-off built into the pump housing. Displacements are 28 to 180 cm³ (larger sizes in other series), nominal pressure 400 bar and maximum 450 bar. Controls include HW mechanical, HD hydraulic pilot, EP electric proportional, DA automotive speed-dependent, EZ electric two-point and HDD.
In Malaysia the A4VG is typical of road rollers, wheel loaders, cranes, drilling rigs, pavers and other mobile machinery. When one fails the whole drive stops, so we hold key sizes for fast response and can repair or overhaul existing units where that is the faster route.
