The A8VO is a double pump: two A7VO-type bent-axis rotary groups mounted in a single housing on a common input shaft. Each half can supply an independent circuit, which is why the A8VO is the classic main pump on hydraulic excavators and multi-circuit cranes and drilling machines. Summation power control shares the input power between both circuits, so the engine cannot be overloaded when both are working hard, and the pumps can be equipped with negative flow control, positive control or load-sensing to match the machine's valve system.
We supply complete A8VO double pumps and the common repair parts: rotary groups, cylinder blocks, pistons, control housings, regulator valves and seal kits, plus the gear pumps often fitted to the through drive for pilot supply.
