The Bosch Rexroth AZPG is the large frame in the SILENCE external gear pump range, used where a fixed-displacement pump has to deliver higher flow than the smaller AZPF frame can manage — larger power packs, heavy mobile equipment, presses and steel-plant auxiliary circuits.
Like the rest of the range it is a fixed-displacement pump: flow follows shaft speed, and system pressure is set by the relief valve rather than by the pump. Selection turns on the displacement, the direction of rotation, the shaft and mounting flange, and the port arrangement — all encoded in the type number, and all of which have to match the installation. Multiple-section builds drive two or more gear sets from one shaft where separate circuits are fed from a single motor.
What we need to quote: the full type code or material number from the nameplate; failing that, the displacement, rotation, shaft and flange details along with photographs of the pump and its ports.
