The pump is where every hydraulic system starts, and where most of its efficiency is won or lost. We supply new pumps and we repair existing ones — any major brand, not only Rexroth. As a Bosch Rexroth Certified Excellence Distributor we supply the complete Rexroth pump programme, backed by workshop repair, test-bench verification and application engineering from our branches in Shah Alam and Butterworth.
Choosing a pump type

Axial piston, variable displacement — the efficient choice where demand varies. Swashplate control adjusts flow to what the machine actually needs, instead of dumping the excess over a relief valve as heat.
Axial piston, fixed displacement — simpler and lower cost where demand is steady.
External gear pumps — robust, tolerant of hard duty and economical. The standard choice for mobile machinery, tipper hydraulics and straightforward power packs.
Internal gear pumps — quieter running, favoured on machine tools and injection moulding where noise matters.
Radial piston pumps — for very high pressure duty.

What we need to quote a replacement
Displacement in cm³/rev, maximum working pressure, drive speed, shaft and flange arrangement, port sizes, and the control type on a variable unit. All of it is encoded in the type code on the nameplate — for example A10VSO 45 DFR/31R-PPA12N00. Send us that string, or a photograph of the plate, and the correct replacement follows from it. Rexroth material numbers beginning R9 can also be traced, including superseded parts.
Pump repair — every major brand, not just Rexroth
Our workshop overhauls hydraulic pumps and motors regardless of who made them: Bosch Rexroth, Parker, Kawasaki, Linde, Danfoss and Eaton among others. Repair is often faster and considerably cheaper than replacement on larger units, and on obsolete models it is frequently the only route left.
Every unit is stripped, inspected and reported on before any work proceeds, rebuilt to the correct clearances, then run on our test bench and verified against its original performance figures before it goes back to you. Tell us the make, model and what the machine is doing wrong, and we will advise honestly whether repair or replacement makes better sense.

Before you fit a new pump
A pump that has failed once will fail again if the cause is still in the tank. Metal particles from a failed unit circulate and destroy the replacement within hours. Change the filter elements, flush the system and confirm fluid cleanliness before commissioning. We can test a fluid sample and advise on the target cleanliness class for your equipment.

Is a variable pump worth the extra over a fixed pump?On a duty cycle with varying demand, usually yes — the energy saved and the reduction in heat load often pay back the difference. On constant-demand systems a fixed pump remains the sensible choice.
