The 4WRPH and 4WRPEH are Bosch Rexroth's direct-operated servo-solenoid valves in size NG6. A single proportional solenoid with an inductive position transducer drives the spool, and the valve is offered with (4WRPEH) or without (4WRPH) integrated electronics. The result is a compact 4/4-way valve with a very short step response and low hysteresis, which is why it is widely used on injection moulding machines, presses, packaging lines and test benches where an axis is run under closed-loop control.
Typical configuration options in this family include spool type (zero-lap for closed-loop, positive overlap for open-loop), nominal flow at 35 bar per control edge, command signal (±10 V or 4–20 mA), 24 V DC supply and the seal material. All variants mount on the standard NG6 (CETOP 3) interface, so they are a straightforward upgrade for machines that currently use a proportional directional valve on the same subplate.
