Directional control valves decide where oil goes in a hydraulic circuit — they start, stop and reverse flow to cylinders, motors and auxiliary functions. Choosing one comes down to nominal size (NG6, NG10, NG16, NG25 or NG32 to ISO 4401), spool symbol and centre condition, actuation (solenoid, hydraulic pilot, manual lever or mechanical), coil voltage and connector, spring return or detent, and the pilot supply and drain arrangement on pilot-operated bodies.
What we need to quote: the full Rexroth type code from the valve nameplate (for example 4WE 6 D6X/EG24N9K4), the material number if you have it, coil voltage, and quantity. A clear photo of the nameplate is usually enough.
