Wika pressure gauges with high measuring ranges from 100 to 400 bar, including the 0–160, 0–250, 0–315 and 0–400 bar scales used on most mobile and industrial hydraulic systems. Pump outlets, relief-valve test points, accumulator circuits, hydraulic presses, excavator and crane hydraulics, and axial piston pump systems working at 210–350 bar all sit in this range.
For hydraulics at these pressures a glycerine-filled stainless steel gauge with a restrictor screw in the connection is the standard specification: the filling absorbs pump ripple and shock, the restrictor protects the Bourdon tube from pressure spikes, and a solid-front safety pattern case adds protection where the gauge faces operators. 63 mm gauges suit test points and manifolds; 100 mm gauges suit power-unit panels.
What we need to quote: the system working pressure and relief setting so we can pick a range that keeps the needle in the middle of the dial, dial size, connection (1/4 or 1/2 NPT or BSP, bottom or back), glycerine-filled or dry, and whether you need a restrictor or snubber.
