Wika pressure gauges with low measuring ranges from 0 to 16 bar, covering scales such as 0–1, 0–1.6, 0–2.5, 0–4, 0–6, 0–10 and 0–16 bar. These are the gauges for compressed-air lines, water and cooling circuits, lubrication and gearbox oil systems, filter differential indication, pilot pressure on proportional valves, and pump suction and charge circuits where the reading is small but important.
At low ranges the choice of gauge construction matters: a glycerine-filled gauge damps pointer flutter on pulsating pneumatic lines, and a stainless steel case with a lower-pressure Bourdon tube gives better resolution than reading the bottom tenth of a high-range dial. Dial sizes from 40 mm for panel and manifold mounting up to 100 and 160 mm for control panels are available, with 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 NPT or BSP connections.
What we need to quote: the working pressure and the range you want on the dial, dial size, connection thread and standard, bottom or back entry, dry or glycerine-filled, and the medium (air, water, oil). If replacing a gauge, the type code on the dial face lets us match it exactly.
